Our Story
DCBH Properties was founded by Benjamin Ho and Diane Chiang. It began with the simple belief that residential real estate should be operated with discipline, design intelligence, and long-term perspective. As partners in both life and business, Ben and Diane bring complementary strengths to every property they operate.
Ben brings a background in management consulting, analytics, and operational excellence. He approaches each property as a system, prioritizing risk management, structured execution, and durable financial performance.
Diane brings expertise in product design, spatial curation, and experience creation. She believes homes should feel intentional, memorable, and thoughtfully maintained, never generic or improvised.
